Hyperinflation of lungs
Please advise as attached Chest PA . what is the conclusion of that . Patient ESR is 50 . Other CBC report sugar is ok. No significant weight loss is last 4 months. No fever , not very much passing mucus on daily( frequent passing cough)  , no short of breath, no appetite loss , patient is normal as usual. We have reported to doctor due to the increased ESR 30 to 50 . Please conclude the matter . Patient age is 75.
