Itching and rashes around the outer vaginal area and thighs are commonly due to fungal infection (candidiasis or tinea cruris), especially in warm or humid conditions. General treatment: Apply Clotrimazole cream or Luliconazole cream twice daily for 7–10 days Keep the area clean and dry Wear loose, cotton undergarments Avoid using harsh soaps; use mild, pH-balanced intimate wash If severe, an oral antifungal like Fluconazole 150 mg (once weekly for 2–3 weeks) may be advised — only after consulting a doctor If there's burning, discharge, or no relief in 5 days, please consult a gynecologist or skin specialist.
