Post-pregnancy hair fall is common, especially around 6–12 months after delivery. However, ongoing hair thinning may be due to nutritional deficiencies, stress, or hormonal changes. Yes, a blood test can help identify deficiencies. Recommended blood tests: CBC (Complete Blood Count) Serum Ferritin Vitamin D3 Vitamin B12 TSH (Thyroid Function Test) Serum Zinc (optional) General suggestions for hair growth: Eat a protein-rich diet (eggs, dal, sprouts, leafy greens) Consider a supplement containing Biotin, Zinc, Iron, and Vitamin D Use mild shampoos and avoid frequent heat styling You can apply 5% minoxidil (after consulting a dermatologist) if the hair fall is severe For detailed prescription and guidance, feel free to contact me on WhatsApp at eight seven six two seven four nine nine seven four.

Post delivery hair loss is very common. It is temporary condition. Usually caused due to hormonal shifts. Don’t worry about it. You can do Vitamin D and serum Calcium test to find out if there is any nutrient deficiency adding to this problem.
