Hello,  I understand you’re experiencing persistent nausea and self-induced vomiting. While occasional nausea can result from gastritis, dietary triggers, or stress, recurrent episodes warrant a thorough evaluation to rule out underlying conditions such as acid reflux, GERD, hormonal imbalances (e.g., pregnancy), or metabolic disorders.  Suggestions for Now: 1. Hydration: Sip small amounts of water or oral rehydration solutions to prevent dehydration.  2. Diet:Avoid spicy, oily, or acidic foods. Opt for bland meals (e.g., bananas, rice, toast).  3. Posture: Remain upright for 30 minutes after eating.  4. Monitor Symptoms: Note if nausea is tied to specific foods, times, or stressors.  However, self-induced vomiting can harm your esophagus and electrolyte balance. Please consult me for a detailed assessment.I’ll evaluate your medical history, conduct necessary tests, and provide a tailored treatment plan.  For immediate assistance, reach out on WhatsApp: **Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two**. Let’s address this properly—your health is a priority.
