If  I have low immune system and after dog bite I have taken all 5 doses of injection after that with in 3 month dog saliva fall on my wounded place so I need more injection or iam safe no need to worry no need for additional injection

Since you have taken all 5 doses you are covered for the next 1 years. So there is no need to retake the vaccine. Just wash the wound thoroughly with soap water and apply T-Bact ointment over the wound.
