I got a small skin tore of my feet by a small rusty nail. Blood didn't come though from it. So do I need a tetanus shot for that or not? Also I had my last tetanus shot in 2020. So do I need it for this now or not required?

Hi all, due to my pet dog's frequent nibbling issue I had a series of shots taken in July 27,31& Aug 4 (0,3,7) . After three doses I have taken another single shot of vaccine on September 7 and Oct 31. So total 5 shots in last 4 months . My recent exposure to a stray dog licking my finger tip while I was feeding it and I unknowingly used the same finger to eat 2mins later caused me panic and made go for rabies vaccination again. Now currently 0,3,7 on Jan 4,7,11 are done while first two were in gluteal . My two concerns 1. Since my pet dog is vaccinated and rabid free and still health can I consider my earlier 5 doses as PrEP dose and will it give me immunity 2. With the current course shall I retake my day 0,3 since they're given in gluteal . Or is it okay to carryon with further doses ?
