Flu

I started taking Fexofenadine yesterday for my runny nose, but it hasn't improved much. In the past, Levocetirizine worked very well for me. Can I switch from Fexofenadine to Levocetirizine the next day after taking Fexofenadine for just one day? Is it acceptable to change antihistamines like this, or should I complete the course of Fexofenadine before switching?

My mom (47 yrs) had fever, cold and cough. It was a normal flu. The fever went away in 2-3 days but coughing (cough & khaasi) is still there. She is still recovering but much better now. We got her few tests done in which lymphocytes are slightly elevated while neutrophils, monocytes, PCV, MCHC are slightly lower. Also attaching the reports for reference. Please let me know whether it is normal during flu or should we be worried. Thank You.

I have been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. My doctor has prescribed me carbamezole 10mg of 1 tablet daily after lunch.But i am feeling extremely sleepy after taking it in day time and unable to work after lunch break also i feel headache since i have started taking this medicine.Can i take it at night time ti avoid sleepiness during day.kindly suggest.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am having pain in back of my neck near left shoulder. I had the same last year too but it got better with self care and vitamin D I think. It is not continuous and goes away at times. It is worst when I'm working on my laptop or sitting at the back of bike, lifting something etc. At that time even touching the area is little painful. Dear Sir/Ma'am, Ongoing BP medicine Telmisartan 20 avg readings 130-135/85, HR range 95-105 for few weeks.Doctor said to discontinue BP med and HR range is normal.After getting outstanding and productive suggestions from this platform, gratitude to all the doctors Bisoprolol 5 mg reduced HR range to 78-85 in 2 weeks time. Please suggest if Telmisartan 20 mg is ok  or 40 mg is required. Any combination medicine available for both? Thank you all in advance and super gratitude. Regards
