Flu

I have had lower abdominal vaginal pain for a month now. It's a throbbing pain that comes and goes. While a fibroid was found outside the uterus doctor said it's not the cause of pain. The ultrasound shows nothing abnormal other than the fibroid which was an incidental finding. Pelvic infection etc has mostly been ruled out. I have had a history of kidney stone though. The pain is more towards the vaginal area. What can it be?

I have a lump inside both the cheeks at the same spot between both the jaws. It feels tube like and is able to move around a bit also pains some times. It also reduces in size when i rinse my mouth with hot water. Also i feel a sensation bellow the ear sometimes when salaiva is excreted as i eat something

Sir/Ma'am, I was on ARB then CCb. Lastly combined with a Beta blocker. Till date maximum efficacy in terms of HR issue and BP control is from Beta blocker. Please assist whether I can only continue with Beta blocker or CCb plus Beta blocker. Thank you for the assistance in advance.
