Is it safe to take zentel tablet if I last took it in Feb 2024? I am feeling hungry all the time and suspect something is wrong.

I took antibiotics for 2 weeks, my stomach is upset. Getting fresh after every meal. Suggest some probiotics, please let me know the dosage also .

Hi, I had been diagnosed from h pylori and it was negative the second time after bismuth triple therapy. I had lost 4 to 5 kgs by then. After this I had gastritis and with rabeprazole it got cured. I had vitamin deficiencies for which I'm taking supplements. Now, my skin feels itchy sometimes and I also get red pimple like spots on arm and shortness of breath sometimes. Can this be due to malnutrition? Kindly suggest. My blood reports, thyroid, diabetes, renal and liver function, colonoscopy and endoscopy is normal.
