My crp-reactive protein is 61.7mg/l. Is there any risk? Do i need to visit doctor?. I have normal cough and cold from last 2 days

Sir can chronic anal fissure cause anal cancer I am asking it because from last 5-6 years i have history of fissure whenever tight stool pass pain and blood come out i went to a doctor last year he check and told it is chronic anal fissure he told to eat healthy and not outside food my question is as there  I have a history of fissure always blood when tight stool pass so can this chronic anal fissure cause anal cancer as it a recurrent wound

Hi my brother is 31 years old..he used to have very frequent headaches due to his night shift & screen time..he used to take crocin and the headache used to subside.. from the last few months whenever he watched screen in moving car or when the laptop screen is too close to his eyes he feels dizzy and also vomiting..but this does not happen when he usses phone..sometimes all this is accompanied by headache.

I have high fever 102 and it is not reducing with medicine, blood test report says crp 50, i have started antibiotic. Do I need hospitalization, as I am traveling, can I admit after 2 days

I have been having little numbness and weakness in right hand from few days. When I hold anything with right hand or lift the hand I could sense weakness in it. 4 days ago I had a blood test done where sample was collected from the same hand. I have pointing pain in frontal bicep area when hand is folded. No swelling anywhere. Even if I lift empty hand also I feel weakness. Earlier few months ago I had cervical disc bulge in c4 c5 and c5 c6 which caused pain in right shoulder and hand. With physiotherapy it got reduced. Now this weakness and little heaviness is there throughout the hand when pressure is applied on the hand or held any objects. Does blood test cause this for days or is it because of cervical disc bulge which is causing this. Apart from this I have burning sensation throughout the body, earlier I had b12 deficiency as well. When I fold my hand at elbow little weakness can be felt from elbow. If I fold from wrist same can be felt. Please advise.

Hi, in my urine culture report it shows 1.12000 colonies/ml E.Coli I am having antibiotic Lokiflox 500 and uriliser syrup since 7-8 days. symptoms I am experiencing like frequency of urination has increased, urine comes out in good volume also, no pain and burning as well. Mostly concern is that it coming frequently. At times was having little fever and chill. How long it will take to cure ? What shall I do ,shall I continue the medications? Little tensed .

Dear Doctor, My father  is 78 years old and is experiencing back pain, mostly when he is walking or standing. Sometimes, the pain is very severe, making it difficult for him to walk because of the strain it causes in his middle back. I have attached for your reference.
