Symptoms you are experiencing could be due to vitamin or mineral deficiency or insufficiency.Other causes are fibromyalgia and a variant of depression though you may not agree.Idealy you should consult a neurologist and a psychiatrist for a detailed clinical examination and further necessary investigations.

Please share your reports. How old is your baba by? Has your problem started after child birth? Get thyroid function tests done,  blood sugar and HbA1c. PCOS can cause weakness and sense of fatigue, but it is better to exclude other causes as well. Please share your reports.

Thank you for sharing these detailed symptoms. It’s clear that your fatigue, body aches, and sensitivity are significantly affecting your quality of life, and I understand how concerning this must be .especially after having been physically active and healthy before. From what you’ve described, there could be a combination of factors contributing to your condition hormonal imbalances (possibly linked to ovarian cysts), nutritional deficiencies, or metabolic issues. Even mild fluctuations in thyroid levels, vitamin D, B12, or haemoglobin can contribute to these symptoms when they interact over time. To properly evaluate what’s going on, I’d recommend a more in-depth clinical assessment and correlation with recent blood work, hormonal profiles. Please connect with me directly so we can go over your reports and plan a structured approach to treatment — one that’s specific to your body and symptoms.

Please mention your reports for further diagnosis The fatigue, muscle aches, and weakness may be linked to thyroid imbalance, hormonal changes after childbirth, there may be nutritional deficiencies (Vitamin D, B12, iron) Even if tests are mostly normal, symptoms can still persist. A full thyroid profile, CRP test, and follow-up on ovarian cysts are advised. Light exercise, have at least 8 hours sleep, and multivitamins may help.
