I have recently tested thyroid, lipid profile. My thyroid (tsh) is 6.5 and T3,T4 normal. Also my triglyceride is normal but cholesterol LDL is 164. Beside diet maintaining and workout excercise what kind of things i can do to reduce this parameters. Any medicine need to take? My age is 30 , I am overweight 85. Height is 5 ft. Dear Sir, My father, age-70, weight-83is under medicine of Hepatitis b( Hepbest), high bp( AmlongA- Atenol 50 and Amlodipine-5) and Thyroid ( Eltroxin 75). In latest lab report, the sugar fasting comes- 117, Total Cholestrol-174, LDL-108, HDL-33, Triglycerides-164. Kindly advise how to control diabetes and chloestrol issue. Any specific diet or have to start medicince. Or wait
