Pressure in forehead and in back for 5 months constantly no rest even in seconds , not headache but pressure in forehead and eye brow bone area , done massaging, relaxing, stress free , good sleep, hydrating, good meal but it does go away is this tension headache or migraine , it get worse when I'm angry and cool air environment, cold water in head, but still all the time it's heavy , what is this and how to relax my forehead permanently.

Yesterday i had been injured by dusted nail I got tt shot while standing on my hip andbits paining it was done at medical store is it dangerous? Pls help is there any chance of clot?

I'm suffering from may be an autoimmune or allergy or inflammation or tuberculosis or something else I'm not sure, it triggered due prolonged use of antibiotics about 8 months long treatment which i took 11 years ago, what should i do, how to find the real problem?

I feel tired after getting proper sleep of 7-8 hours. Sometimes I feel extreme dizziness even when I sit or lie on bed. My hand and leg muscle are so weak.my face have pale all the time. He has been taking amoxillin, cetrizine, for 2 weeks now,  but the cough is not going. We did blood test today, his Esr is 16, refer cbc attached, pls let me know what needs to be done

My husband is 30 years old. His triglycerides was 178 mg/dl in April 2024 and when we tested again today (Jan 2025) it's 165 mg/dl. He doesn't take any medication. Is it considered as high ? Should he start taking medication?
