Tablets recommendation
I have vitamin d defiency. They have recommended shelcal neu daily one and vitamin d 60000 I u capsules weekly 1 for 8 week ..does both tablets have vitamin d contents and does it not overdoses I have vitamin d of 15.7 ng/ml.please provide the guidance for the same

Hi! Despite it being common practice you don't need to get your levels checked. Indians are vitamin d deficient largely but it does not correlate with any diseases per say or does not give you added risk to develop anything  What you need is a diet rich in vitamin D, fortified milk or cereal and adequate sunlight exposure  Also, add a regular exercise into your routine. It helps a lot with your morale. It can be anything ranging from walking, jogging or even yoga. You don't need supplements unless you have a history of fracture or recurrent falls. Take care

Yes as you have vit d defeciency You can use tab uprise 60k once in a week for 8 weeks And get yourself checked after 8 weeks
