Hi,
At this age with a regular exercise routine and diet, you don't need any supplements
Kindly ask that someone on what basis they suggested supplements to a young 36 year old healthy man with no diseases. If they smile sheepishly or have no answer, you will know not to take that advice
Ensure that your water intake is adequate 3.5-4 litres per day
Sleep for 6-8 hours if feasible
Keep a check on how stressed you are. We all get stressed but it's important to understand when it reaches a peak and when we should de stress voluntarily
That should do
Take care

Shellcal CT doesn't contain the components of Neurobion. You will have to take Neurobion in addition.
It is better to take the opinion of your Doctor in such matters because if you have any problems during the treatment you will have to consult him regarding the management.
