39 years female suffering with postnataldrip with left side upper and lower jaw gum tooth pain, left ear pain and mild cold like symptoms, there is no throat pain,no cough. Please prescribe medicines, can i use antibiotics for this?

Since morning i have felt 2-3 episodes of chest heaviness, i felt my pulse during that time and it was beating irregular. Don't know whether it is gas or what but i am very afraid. I had done all important tests of heart in april may 2024, i.e. echo tmt holter etc and everything was fine. But today these things are making me fear. Hello Sir / Ma'am, Was on Amlodipine, HR increased(102-105). Took suggestion from this platform again and changed to Cilacar 5 once a day along with bisoprolol 5 mg. Current BP readings avg 123/85,HR 72-79.Doctor asked to discontinue meds. Taking rosuvastatin for slightly elevated LDL, asked to discontinue after 3 months. I am currently taking Ecosporin AV 150/10 daily as per a Doctor's advice to maybe prevent heart issues as my BP had increased recently. It's normal now and I don't have heart disease but he said I have stress issues. I got a cut, so can I take Tetanus Toxoid? Will it cause any type of internal bleeding or any issues?
