3 to 3.5 it's of water n liquid,  assessment watermelon,  mausambi juice home made,  . Water intake  depends  on output of urine. Continue mg supplements. You should  not feel dry toung,  lack of elasticity  of skin just  pinch your skin behind hands stretch it's called stretch test.

Yes 3L water / day is enough and add watermelon, coconut water, banana to the diet. Continue taking magnesium supplements as per your doctor's prescription.
