We don't go by summer and winter as far as urine output is concerned. In fact we don't want to measure urine output in a healthy individual unless he is admitted in the hospital due to dehydration.
All that I can say is that you drink two glasses of water every hour if you travel on the bike during hot summer.
One question to you, while asking this question did you think how will you measure your urine output if some Doctor gives you an absolute figure like 2 litres or 2200 ml ?
