1 glass is equivalent to 240ml of water. So, 8 glasses is equivalent to 2 litres of water. So, during summer time there could be 4-6 times urination in a day. While during winter it could be 6-8times.

What is the size of glass?.. Urinary frequency also depends on bladder capacity...generally for an average adult 6 to 7 times is considered normal
