The amount of water needed during summer for a male working outside can vary depending on factors like temperature, humidity, level of physical activity, and individual differences in sweat rate. However, a general recommendation is to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day (about 2 liters), but during hot weather and increased physical activity, it's often recommended to drink more to stay hydrated, possibly up to 3-4 liters or more. It's essential to listen to your body's signals and drink water regularly throughout the day to prevent dehydration.

Hey hi You could take 3-5 litres of water depending on physical activity and dehydration. Prefer taking electrolytes with water. U may take lemonade, add sugar and salt to it. This will help u keep hydrated and will also prevent electrolyte imbalance and hypoglycemia. For constipation take high fiber diet , isabgol. Prefer taking chapatis made from multigran atta . Follow active lifestyle, do running, physical activity. In case constipation still persist. Please visit physician , to get prescription of medicines which might help. Constipation with habit of taking spicy food  also increases risk for haemorrhoids (piles) Which might further increase problem Prevention is better than cure. Healthy and active lifestyle with healthy eating habit will definately help.

I have noted your concern You need to drink water, Minimum 3L per day Also don’t take sea food so much at least you shouldn’t take it on daily basis as it has its own adverse effects on your gut, pancreas and kidneys. Twice in a week is enough.
