Hi, Doctor asked me to drink plenty of fluids. How much should i drink daily? Can i drink 3 litres of water? Thanks in advance

Yes you can drink 3 to 4 litres of water,drink throughout the day and not to drink at once and leave for next 3 hours, divide your portion and drink. Hydration is based on where and what you are working.Hydrate yourself accordingly.
