What happens if we drink the cold & chilled water on an empty stomach in the morning... Is it good to health ? Or What kind of problems occurs ?

Hello, chilled water is not good in any time as it slows down digetion, RESPIRATORY SYSTEM disease.,sinus PROBLEM.ok.
