Flu

I recently traveled abroad with a friend and we got intimate, but it wasn't penetrative (no ejaculation or insertion). My period was due on Jan 24, 2025, but it's now 9 days late. I'm worried about pregnancy. What should I do? If I am in my first week of pregnancy, can I terminate it with medication? Will anyone find out if I choose not to disclose?

After urination i still have some urine stuck and then again i get urge to go and pass urine. Urine comes out in good volume but this symptom is like mostly causing me concerned. Currently since 15 days I am on antibiotics as prescribed by my doctor as I had ecoli urine infection found in urine test. Not sure the symptoms is because of I am too much thinking or because of infection only. Don't have any burning or pain . Please help here.

From 1.5 month I am experiencing slight pain in testis which radiates from one testis to other and it is also paining in the thigh and leg.
