After some days/month bleeding starts automatically during stool pass, whenever I eat spicy then bleeding starts after 4-5 days of bleeding it becomes normal without pain , *Most important things is that sometimes/somedays bleeding starts without stool pass* without pain, While I eat mostly non spicy food, no fast food,&  entake more water daily yet this problems arise time to time, I also took medicine like homeopathy, ayurvedic & jadibuti etc But no benefit from this , So please suggest me better medicine if any available, If any treatment to remove it from roots without surgery Because I heard from people that after surgery there is a major problem to hold the potty inside, So please suggest me better solutions or medicine here on this online platform? I have slight fever for 3 days 99-100. I did all the blood test to eliminate any other disease. Platelet count - more that 2l Ns1 - negative Igm - negative Igg - positive I previously had dengue 4 years back. Is this the case of dengue or normal throat infection?

I have some hyper acidity issue.. whenever i eat after that i feel acid reflux. My cousin is suffering from persistent fever, that comes only during evenings and nights with temperature 100-103 F for last 18 days. Initially 3 days, he got some rashes in hands and later it was healed. Our doctor took various tests and the observation is high Sgot & Sgpt from Lft and mild pus in urine. Wbc, rec & platelets are normal with CRP 5. CT chest with results normal & mild inflammation in liver from untrasonic abdominal scan. Tested negative for scrub typus, Leptospirosis, dengue, malaria & Typhoid. He mentioned that there is nothing to worry and fever will be settled in few days. He's been given paracetamol & IV these days. But I am completely worried and not sure if I have to go for second opinion.
