Flu

My platelet count is 430 as against the reference of 400. My WBC is 10.8 instead of reference 10. Is this something to worry I'm taking , bp medicine Telma 20mg  and for palpitation concor 5mg. No sugar. I'm 80kg, 5ft and 42yrs old Please advise.

I have fever for 3 days with severe joint pain. Knees are hurting so much when I try to walk. I consulted doctor and they put trips for reducing fever and prescribed tab dolo 650, zerodol, supradin multivitamin and immunizer sachet for 3 days. Fever reduced but still join pain is same. I have taken cbc pls check and advice.

Since morning i have felt 2-3 episodes of chest heaviness, i felt my pulse during that time and it was beating irregular. Don't know whether it is gas or what but i am very afraid. I had done all important tests of heart in april may 2024, i.e. echo tmt holter etc and everything was fine. But today these things are making me fear. Except it i can walk climb run without any issue. Please guide
