"Please look at these photos? My taste buds seems to be big and red, and there is a spot on the side of my tongue. I also have growths or something under my tongue it irritate when I touch or eat . What could this be? I never had sex or drink or smoke in my life. I am very afraid for this.

Avoid spicy, hot food .Do rinsing with lukewarm saline water.
Take tab neurobion forte one daily for 10 days. If lesions are painful, take tab voveran 50mg one every 12 hours, after meals for 4 days
Get serum b12 done.
