My Thyroid levels are TT3 116.89, TT4 7.09 and TSH 7.47 and am using thyronorm 25mg is this correct.

Need details,  since how many days you have taken thyronorm,  it takes 6 to 8 weeks for thyronorm to be effective.

U r in maintainse  dose.. U need at least  75 McG one in empty stomach  before breakfast . It's calcium depleting agent so bones become weak so u need to add calcium too. Tab shalcal 500 one at night . Two months  not to stop u need follow up with MD physician or endocrinologist.
