Having thyroid problems ,taking medicine ( 75 mg ) regularly in the morning empty stomach from 2007 .T3 T4 is normal but TSH is 68.3 mU/L. Weight never increases more than 40 kg ,always taking proper diet ,How to control TSH LEVEL and also how to increase weight?

I m a known case of hypothyroidism since the age of 36 now i m 70+,on thyroxine 100 mcg with calcium. But my weight gain is there.
