Sharp pain near the left chest while breathing heavily. The pain is coming towards the left shoulder making it uneasy to sleep.

Hi I've been dealing chronic headaches for the past few months. It only happens on days when I've been talking to someone for long hours. For instance, meeting a friend and spending long hours talking, I get a bad headache on the top of my head. This gets so bad sometimes that I've stopped meeting people to avoid talking for long time as that triggers my headache. How can this be cured? I recently did a full body checkup and all my vitamin levels, thyroid, HB and even iron levels are normal. Please advice. Thank you.

I got acute shoulder/neck area pain one fine day few days ago as I woke up in themorning. Last few days since the pain, I am applying Relispray and equivalent 2-3 times a day considering it to be a sprain. The pain is now very much elevated and becoming unbearable. Hard to get even 1 posture in sleeping position where there is no pain so not getting proper sleep also. Can some Dr plz advise some medicine for the pain relief and also advise line of treatment ? Should show to any specific type of doctor?

Mother of 3 month old baby, im having liw milk supply. Tried galacto, shatavari granules. Im continously pumping and feeding baby but still get 50ml only.. one of my nipple is flat and from that breast, milk is coming like drop and its taking more than 30mins to get 10ml. The other breast gives 40ml within 30mins What should I do?

My sister(26) has infected by fever in every 40-50 days since last 3 yrs ..she is working in hospital as a nurse..what are the posible reasons..is the job Nature is one of them..?

Very frequent dry coughing at night. She got viral fever and landed in laringitis. Now fever is gone and voice also supressed. Dry cough frequent at night. Taken medication as azithromycin but not relieving. Kindly suggest.

Last 4 days I can't eat, even I can't drink water having pain in mouth feels burning . Did blood test and got to know typhoid TO and TH is 1:80 So the typhoid reason for mouth ulcer?because other than that I don't have any other symptoms of typhoid. Doctor given antibiotics and some medicine but no improvement

There has been some different feeling in my arms and legs . Its not something like cramps . Used multiple MR but of no help.. it gets better for sometime when i apply diclofenac or hot water compression .. my cbc counts are within normal limits .. please help
