Chronic headache
My friend, 33 Male has been experiencing chronic headache from past 4-5 days. The headache is in the forehead area and is chronic.
He has been sleeping for 6-7 hours in the night and 1 hour in the afternoon.
He goes for swimming 4 times a week.
Could it because of stress. On getting the blood pressure checked the bottom number is more than 80. Although, the blood pressure was checked after walking.

He can take paracetamol 500mg every 8hours for 4 to 5 days.

Get eyes Refraction testing done. Reduce screen time.
