I went to md medicine recently. Got diagnosed with acute gastroenteritis. Doctor wrote some tests and I came back positive for typhoid. What should I do now? How long will it take me to recover?

Hi I recently underwent Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis scan for UTI issues. In the report it was mentioned as grade 3 fatty liver. Post which I consulted Gastroenterology doctor and liver Fibro Scan was carried out. Attached is the report. Liver Stiffness is 24.3kpa and UAP is 332 db/m. Please  advice if there is significant liver damage and also can I recover from this condition or not. Present weight is 106kgs and treating doctor has advised Bilyspa 4mg every day night. Liver Function Test : Normal Cholesterol levels : Normal HBA1C : 7.3
