Since last evening I have been having chest (upper part) right side ache, pain and feel stiff along with shoulder or joining and back part of shoulder too that is connected with back and hand. It gets worsen when I move, walk or do some minor activity by right hand also pain when inhale and exhale sometimes not always but many times and it scares me as the pain is at extreme. Now, that inhale exale pain is less but still unable to perform normal tasks like walk, cook as it makes me feel discomfort and pain, also feel dizziness
