I had headache for a week whenever I use to bend forward and I didn't take any medication. However I was taking steam on alternate days. Now the headache has subsided. Is it necessary for any medical intervention?

Recently I got a lipid profile test done...the readings were cholesterol -133...hdl-57...ldl-63...vldl-13 and triglycerides -65...the normal range for ldl is 90 to 210 as mentioned in the report but my ldl level is 63.So is it normal to have a such low ldl level or is there any problem?

During night time and day time I get afterimages in eyes after looking at flashlights or any bright lights. At night when i look at vehicle lights then when i look at other object like vehicle number plate then I struggle to see the number due to floaters.In morning when I stand in sunlight, then when i come back inside home, I see floaters and afterimages in vision. I have weakness in hand if I hold something for long. When I look at bright lights, I feel them sensitive to my eyes and see the negative afterimages in my vision. Smetimes I feel lightheaded and dizzy. I have IBS D I have done my vitamin tests. My Vitamin D is 28.55 ng/mL. Vitamin p12 is 447 pg/mL. Vitamin A is 426.42 ng/ml Vitamin E is 7834 nd/mL. Vitamin K is 0.38 ng/mL. My TSH is 3.62. Hemoglobin is 11.1 g/ dL. Ifeel dizzy when I get up from my chair or when I do little yoga or activity. I have muscle fatigue as well. I take 8 hours of sleep daily still have this.

I am having a pulse rate of 100-110 since today morning and I m getting medication for spondylitis i.e. flexabenz plus and hiang bp medicine Telmikind trio 12.5 and rosulip f10. I am feeling weak through out today and when I tried to walk I just completed 2kms only. Is it normal pulse rate or should I consult a physician. My ECG is normal. I got it checked on 19th Feb 2025. All my cbc reports are normal too. Don't have fever.

I feel dizziness n many times I have checked my BP it's really high 150/110 I am taking inderal 10 MG regularly. What should I do?

I get tingling and numbness in hand and leg and i do deal with anxiety. I performed whole body blood test which is normal And also done NCV test which came back normal. My question is how can I stopp this tingling and how often should I take anxiety medicine
