Flu

3 number warts have been developed at my penis glans ( similar to neck / armpit area ) where foreskin ends. But I am not feeling any kind of pain or abnormalities. But I noticed that 1 wart is grown around 3-4 cm2 and other 2 are very small. Could pls advise if there is any kind of serious issues.

I have recently got a CBC done as a part of routine check-up. Few of my values are on the higher side but within the range provided by the lab:- HGB:- 17.1 (13.5 to 18) PCV:- 52 (40-54) RBC:- 5.9 (4.5 to 6.5) Rest of the values are closer to the lower bound. I am an otherwise healthy male with no symptoms but I smoke sometimes too. Are the figures alarming specifically Polycythemia Vera( blood cancer) ? Kindly suggest.

Follow up question: I have already now taken Levoflox 500 for 10days as prescribed by my doctor.in my urine culture it shows EColi and sensitive to levofloxacin as well. Now , how long should I take ,there are still symptoms like after urination i feel there is still few left and then after sometime I again get urge to urinate. Flow and volume of urine is good ,no issues ,no pain and burning. Please help me here.

Hello Doctor , I have got throat irritation since last 2 days. No fever , No cold , very little cough , no pain , no issue in swallow.
