We are trying to check her BP through a Omron BP reading machine at home. As soon as it reaches 150, it switches off. The machine is working fine on others at home. She is not diabetic and healthy for her age 86.  She moves around on her own. What could be the reason for the BP machine switching off as soon as it reaches 150 ?

Hi Doctors, From some time (3 months) , I have burning sensations at the bottom of my left feet. There is no issue on the right foot. The sensation is more after waking in the morning when I start walking  or when I start walking after sitting for long. But also, there is sometimes a sensation when I am just sitting on a chair (earlier it was not there) I have diabetes(fasting 140 and post meal 180 Hba1c 7.0)   and also my vitamin B12 was quite low. Can you tell me what could be the reason and how can I cure it. Do I need to do any additional tests or if there is any home remedy to treat it. Thanks

What does Acute lower back pain mean ?  till how many days lower back pain is called a cute lower back pain ? I mean when someone has for how many days is called Acute lower back pain?

I took a tetanus injection at the clinic at 22/02/2025. 48hr pass out i feel little bit hard surface at the injection site. I think the staff took tetanus injection slightly lower than the ideal location. Is anything worried if it was not an ideal location slightly lower than the ideal location. I am having frequent urination from past one month, sometimes twice at night. but I dont have any abnormal thirst. I measured my water intake for a day to be 2200ml and urine output is around 1700ml. Normal values of KFT and Urine R/M. PP blood sugar is 108. HbA1c is 5.3% eAG 105.5 mg/dL Urine Osmolarity is 584 Serum Osmolarity is 295. I always have high sodium in the range of 143-144 for past 3 years. Could this be Diabetes Insipidus or any other disease?

I'm 24 year old , I recently went through my annual health checkup and in that echo report was normal but ecg report shows "ST DEPRESSION || ||| aVR V5 V6" I have no symptoms and my heart will usually race when I visit hospital.. I've been having chest pains radiating to other parts of the body for over a year and last year April 7,2024 I had a sudden severe pain on top of my head like a ballooning with bad smell in the nose and severe pain. I have been on Propranolol 30 mg ever since for my headache and chest pains. Had done tests too that came normal but I was diagnosed with iron deficiency anaemia. A few days ago whilst exercising on the exercise bike for only 10 minutes I started having chest pain radiating to left arm sweating and breathlessness. Did Homocysteine blood test and it was elevated 14.87. Soon after I started having chest pains again frequently , Started iron supplement for anaemia and now the headache on top of my head where the ballooning had happened is also back exactly same spot and there is pain and tenderness there. What to do ? I am taking Propranolol 30 mg, Telma 20, Homin, FAA 20, Alamin M Forte, Ubicube, Cactus Grandiflorus everyday. What to do to resolve my issues completely soon ?
