Need detailed history of site of pain, severity of pain, its character, history of constipation,  please share details,  get ultrasound abdomen done. For pain take tab meftal spas one every 8hours for 3 days.

Slightly  raised bilirubin. Some liver e deranged. Change life style n diet plan drastically to avoid further raise in bilirubin n liver enzyme. Nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR ten.  Mucain gel10 ml without water nothing by mouth till 30min can be used 3to 4 times, it's safe. Tab meftal spas ds two times or sos after food. Advise Usg whole abdomen.

Would be because of gastritis. Avoid spicy foods. Avoid coffee and tea in empty stomach. Use more of curd and butter milk.
