Kindly help , how to cleanse the anal area after toilet ,as one of our relative is suffering from burning problems after toilet ,constipation problems for 1 year,though she has taken ayurveda,homoeopathic medicines,also taking sitz bath,and used  proctosedyl Cream before. But after the medicines duration end,again problems started like feeling tear type inside anal area ,after toilet ,hard stools ,sometimes burning also. She can't now also cleanse that area after toilet with water with hand,because of burning sensation and it created problems . Hi dr, I am staying in bangalore since 10 year... Whenever weather changes...i get sick or start feeling unwell Where as mine brother who is solider in army and posted here ...is fit and fine any weather( touchwood).. I do excersie atleast 10hr as week or even not need cover minimum 5km in a day by walk. I fear of Dieases always and specially cancer...he is always positive...
