I have delivered a baby 2 months ago... recently I have been having dizziness & dry cough since past couple of days so I got the whole abdomen ultrasound done which shows that the liver is prominent in size 15.8 cm & mildly increased echogenicity. Grade 1 fatty infiltration of liver with borderline hepatomegaly. I delivered the baby at 37 weeks of pregnancy due to being diagnosed with IHCP. Today is my first day of my period. I always have low pressure like 98/75. My iron level is also low so i take iron supplements at night after having food. So yesterday suddenly i thought to let's check my bp as i was not doing well because my period started. So i was surprised to see that my bp is so high! it is 150/100 . my heart beat was ok like 80 to 85. but why my bp is so high? I got tensed and googled and found that first day of period sometimes bp gets high. But still Im very tensed. After that I didn't check my bp. no other symptoms like chest pain shortness of breath is there. Please help me out. Is it normal to have high bp during periods or I have something other issues?

I woke up this morning with a sudden pain in my right toe. I could not bend it without feeling pain. I can still walk, there is slight swelling on my toe as of now. I did not hit my toe anywhere, there was no injury. This is the first time it has happened and the pain is still there. What can i do to ease the pain?
