Hello docs, I have lowvit b12 level even I did course of taking supplements of 2 months taking neurobian forte once daily.after checking 2 montha later found that only few units have increased. Right now i am having loud tinnitus which is my old problem since 2018 also slight back pain and tiredness. If there any other method b12 to get increase please tell. My uncle has been experiencing pain in anus from 2-3 days, there's no bleeding in stool but the pain is there after passing the stool and during the entire day. I was on street and one street dog suddenly came very close to me and started barking at me for 1 min and i was standing there only after that people came to help me and the dog went away.
