We are usually have screening for diabetes and Hypertension because these diseases usually don't have symptoms.
FBS that is Fasting blood sugar 198 falls in the diabetes category. Normal( 90-126 in the fasting)
PPBS that is post prandial 110-140 2 hours after meal.
So if FBS >126
PPBS > 140 you are diabetic
