Thyroid level
My father has thyroid from last 2 years now.. we have seen downfall in his tsh level report
Initialliy in 2024 his tsh value was in between 5-10 so dr suggested 25 then 50 mg then
09 Nov 2024 : TSH : 15.231 dr prescribed to take 75 mg
2nd april 2025 : TSH : 5.350 dr asked to continue with 75 mg
22nd may 2025 : TSH : 0.514 what we should do?
Should we stop 75 mg or start taking 25?

Reduce to 59mcg for two months. Than repeat test n follow up with MD physician for maintenance dose before quite.

Take Usg neck for Thyroid to look for any nodules
Because of the abrupt change In the Thyroid level.
Consult a General physician with usg report.
Now take 50mcg for 2week and then 26 mcg for 4 weeks then repeat the test
