Hello Doctor, I am 32 year old female. My throat started itching after eating some heavy oily food which I usually don't eat. Bcz of circumstances i had to eat. From that day I am having lot of cough and i visited doctor and they gave 3 days Cefakind 500 for 3days. But, no improvement also lot of noise from throat while asleep. Bcz of that sound I have to get up and start coughing. Please help me what to do. I am drinking hot water, gargling with Luke warm I m doing still no improvement

She is on telmisarten 40 and chlorthalidone 12.5 od since 1yr now her bp is 120/80 to 110/70 in this range . She is experiencing tremors some times . Her cholesterol ldl is high for which she took Rosuvastatin 40mg od for 20days . What should I start with should we change some other bp tablet and another or less dosage like 20mg rosuvastatin or anything please suggest sir/maaam . And should I stop chlorthalidone and give only telmi 40. Thank you sir ur suggestions and the prescribed medications. The report is attached.

I had previously posed this question but missed out few details here is the whole thing. My temple of head feels weird and "blocked" all the time almost like a stone.
