Hi i have done blood test and my platelet count came 183 so would i have to do something to increase the plateletes count ? Or it is ok and will increase automatically? Please suggest

How to differentiate between sinus and migraine. Constant no relief from many months , there is no relief not even a single second and gets worse when I'm angry, and bike riding , or during cold but don't have any nasal block problem, caught fever easily (temperature and headache sometimes nausea ) . So, my forehead and around eyes , like a rubber band or some pressure around this areas , whenever I cried my eye brow bone is very painful when I press it. And eyes get fluppy very easily and bloated face too. It's been months since I'm dealing with these, how to get rid of the forehead pressure , eye brow bone pain, tired and sleepy eyes, blur vision got worse when I don't sleep well and when I cry, I also have dark circle now. But massage makes it relief only for few minutes then again forehead pressure as if forehead me koi jor se daba raha hain and eye brow and around eyes ek tightness si hain. My TSH is the 1.77 T3 is 116 and T4 is 7.52 But my TPO is 28.58 which is showing abnormal as per lab range but on other website normal range is shown less than 34 ...which is correct do I have autoimmune disorder ? I was on levothyroxine from FEB 2024

Hi, i have done body check up 10 months ago and that time my vitamin d was low (10) and so i have done 3 months course of uprise D and today when i had again done body checkup again my vitamin d comes low (24) so why vitamin d becomes low ? Is it normal or have to do something ? Pls suggest.

I am 28 year old and 7x6 mm gallbladder is detected in USG but nothing came out in CT scan. I will have to opt for surgery or it can be cured with medication or growth of polyp can be stopped ? Or it will be vanished with medication?
