Hi, I have taken urine test today. In the results ,it shows RBC in urine. Is it something to be worried about. Thanks in advance.

From few months I am having heel pain whenever I get up after sitting for long. And now the pain has reached to ankle and is getting severe. Then is no pain in general like when I am sitting or sleeping but when I get up it hurts and then after walking for long it becomes normal.

I have fes rashes blisters on my abdomen,chest, neck,legs and also kn head...bechind my neck i can sense something swollen nodes also ... I took a full course of rabies vaccination in 2023 And followed by two boosters in that year. Also got two more booster dose in june 2024 Yesterday , i was standing talking to my friend suddenly a dog came very close to me. I have a scab on my thumb and i m worried that dog might have licked or sniffed it , i m not sure bcz  i didnt saw him earlier only saw when he was so close to me. I m not sure should i vaccinate again?
