29. M. 5'6". 73 kg I am having problem of incomplete bowel movement.even after having done bowel movement there is incomplete sensation. I have to strain for complete bowel movement. And However much I strain it's not getting empty. Is it problem with bowel muscle or some deficiency?

Hlo, I am 30 I usually feels like heaviness in chest once it felt like pain consulted with cardiology ECG and troponin was normal. also I regularly get suffocation and tiredness shortness of breath for few time and it will go, neck pain jaw pain hand pain like feeling.. also usually have throat infection and nose.. showing a very light amount of blood clots for these days. My body is really weak it seems like. Heaviness like something is lying on the chest. Also headache heavy I used to have migraine tablets too.. my jaw used to pain when headache comes.. is it any heart related issues..and my thyroid was normal at the time of consultation.. sometimes when I got fatigue I used to sweat and tired.but ECG was normal. Is there any possibility of heart issues then
