Hello Sir and Madam, I was prescribed Vit D 3 and Bcomplex along with the BP and Statin. The time period was 1 month for Bcomplex and 8 weeks for Vit D3.Can I take Vit B complex for longer duration. Are there any side effects. Please guide. Regards.

I have been having body chills for past 1 week, with no fever. Got blood tests done. Thyroid profile is normal. All blood counts and Hemoglobin is normal. Only MCH is 26,slightly below normal range. Could the chills be related to this ( anemia)?
