I have a gynecomastia problem. One side of my chest has become enlarged and painful. When I touch it, there is pain , but other there is no size difference there. In the past, I used steroids for bodybuilding, but I have since stopped and completed post-cycle therapy (PCT). A year later, I am now experiencing pain and an increase in size. Is there any treatment for this?

My Hepatitis B vaccine 3rd dose date was of 25th January 2025, I forgot to take on that day. Is it safe to take now as already 12-13 days have crossed? Also 1st & 2nd dose I have take n BEVAC HEPATITIS B vaccine, so 3rd dose also need to be the of same name or can take of any other name also? Kindly assist

I take arv injection day 0 1dose im but not take rabies immunoglobulin .little blood come but stop after washing in running water. Can i take rig on day 3 or 7 around  wound showing in image. Or its ok  not to take  complete my arv schedule  pls give some suggestions.

Hello Sir, I had a stray dog bite on 11th Jan midnight or 12th Jan around 00:30 hours. Unfortunately I was on Alcohol that time and didn't take it seriously as I thought it was just a small scratch Didn't even wash the wound as well and slept. Next morning also there was no bleeding but I just felt slight pain and can see 2 bite marks. But yesterday on 13th Jan I could see some small scratches in red lines and immediately cleaned the wound and went to the doctor. He gave the first dose of vaccine around 10:00 Pm, almost after 46 hours. And for the 2nd dose , the Dr said after 3 days. But again he said as i was 2 days late, I can take the second dose today itself with just 1 day gap. Is it advisable to take the 2nd dose in one day after the first one. Also are there any other tests that you suggest I am a bit afraid from yesterday
