I'm suffering from leg pain and joints pain. Recently blood test are done. ESR- 17 mm/hg, blood urea (urease) -12.9, BUN (Urease) -6.03, BUN creatinine - 10.05, urea creatine -21.5 . Vit d- 37.

I am on ART therapy, and taking medicine for HIV since last 4 months. Now my teeth are turning black even I do twice brush and mouthwash

Someone suggest me shelcal 500 and neurobion forte(1-1 tablet of both  two times in a day). But instead of this, Can I take Shelcal CT Max 1 tablet daily in morning And 1-1 tablet shelcal 500 and neurobion forte in night only for sometime as supplement Please advice

I have vitamin d defiency. They have recommended shelcal neu daily one and vitamin d 60000 I u capsules weekly 1 for 8 week ..does both tablets have vitamin d contents and does it not overdoses I have vitamin d of 15.7 ng/ml.please provide the guidance for the same
