Back pain which aggravates on lying down Disturbing sleep, should be checked out and properly evaluated. Since you are lifting weight ,improper posture during weight lifting can cause discomfort prolapse and nerve compression. Consult a General physician/orthopedician for proper examination and Take MRI spine if needed.
