I had taken 0,1,2 the quicker schedule of Hepatitis B (as mentioned in the leaflet of Engerix B vaccine) in year 2000 & followed with a booster dose 1 year later in 2001. I took another booster of Hepatitis B vaccine in 2023 of Serum Institute. Will that give me protection? My family had taken 3 injections each as per schedule 0,1,6 in 2000. But they haven't taken any boosters. Since it's over 24 years, should they be given a single booster dose of Hepatitis B vaccine or again whole course?

Severe cough from last 13days. Its so severe that head starts aching after couging. Tried general medicine, no improvement seen though.

Had vomiting low grade fever loose motion for two days Now after medication (ciplox tz , entergermina, lipovon 20, ORS , vit A to Z) no more symptoms are there only weakness and little pain in hand , back is there. But suddenly yesterday night when i checked oxymeter oxygen is 89. so done breathing exercise after that it is 95 . but no breathing problem symptoms no pain in chest areas heart beat is also normal. nothing symptoms is there. suddenly what happened? im scared. I thought I recovered but suddenly why oxygen is low without any symptoms. is it because of diarrhoea? plz help me out. and i drinking plenty of water also.

I have pain in left (anteriorly )thoracic cage(lower region) since 2018. It comes occasionally. Approached multiple specialities. Cardio- Normal BP, Normal Pulse, ECG- WNL, ECHO- NORMAL. CT- thorax- Normal. All blood investigations are(CBC, LFT, RFT) are normal. Except Sgpt (96). Bronchoscopy - Normal. Pain worsens during winter season. What should I do now? Suggestive of consultation with some?

I have fever, cough, mucus also few days back. After getting well 3 to 4 days back. I still have heavy cough , mucus and heavy heart difficulty in breathing. Please suggest tests and treatment

Should I get Tetanus injection for a minor pin prick? It was a thin steel wire hanging from the door. The wound (attached photo) is not very visible. And no blood as such. Please advise.
