- I always feel sharp pain in right side of lower back joint when I stand for long time. This pain remains for some days and when I rest then it goes away. - Also there is sharp pain in back side of neck. It feels as if these pains are from bone joints. Till then- keep back straight and well supported during sitting, avoid bending,  lifting heavy weights. Sleep supine on hard bed. Take tab Flexon M.R one every 8 hours for 5 days. Consult with details.
