Share your physical symptoms if any You have multiple deficiencies, high triglycerides and uric acid How much is your hemoglobin? Avoid fatty food,  sugary food, spinach,  tomatoes.Take more of fresh green vegetables,  fruits,  nuts, sprouts,  fresh curd, paneer,. Tab mecodenz -5    2.4 microgram daily. Tab shelcal 300mg one morning and one evening for 30 days. Tab Atorvastatin 10mg one after dinner for 4 to 6 weeks. Tab Allopurinol 100mg one daily for 10 days.
