It would have been helpful if you had mentioned which part of the body the CT scan is planned for, as radiation exposure varies accordingly.
If you're concerned about repeated radiation exposure, it's best to discuss this with your healthcare provider. In some cases, an MRI which doesn’t involve radiation might be a suitable alternative.
