Hello there. I can understand your concern. Your father's prostate gland is enlarged which may be causing him problems with urination. There is a stone also, which may be causing pain. A cyst in the left kidney and some osteoarthritic problem in the vertebra which may be the cause of the back pain. Consult the person who prescribed this test for further evaluation and management.
