Soar throat, throat irritation
Iam 34 yrs old 4days back got cold, cough and fever after 2 days fever is gone but nose is blocked and soar throat is there and  one day i coughed hard after that my throat got irritating and after that day early morning red clour like blood is coming while coughing (3 or 4 time)after that full day blood is not coming only cough from past 2 days and unable to talk properly because of soar throat

Take tab cefi'xime 200mg one morning and one evening for 7 days  Tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 6 days Tab combiflam one every 8 hours for 4 days.Grilinctus cough syp. 5ml every 8hours for 5 days, Tab Ethamyslate 250mg one every 8hours for 3 days. Get complete blood count with EsR, X ray chest and sputum examination done.

drink hot fluids, do hot saline gargles.

Betadine gargle add 1ml solution in hot to warm water gargle it before meals two times. Taxim o 200 two times a day after food for five to days. Zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days. Montek lc one at night for five days.  Ambrodil s syr 5ml twice n 19 ml at night. Light non spicy diet home made food.  No cold things, no fried junk items tillu recover. Don'tworryfor blood when forceful coughing capillaries broke n u see blood in sputum .

I hope as you posted 6 days back…. You will be doing good!! Do warm Betadine gargles (1:1) 1-1-1-1 Tab Zerodol so 1 tab BDx 3 days if pain persists!!
